Map DriveHQ Cloud Storage as a Local Drive; no software installation needed; works on PC, Mac and Linux. Many other features, incl. sharing and publishing!
Using WebDAV technology, DriveHQ cloud storage can be mapped as an Internet drive. You can access
the drive using Windows Explorer (or My Computer). It works just like a local drive.
DriveHQ had supported WebDAV drive mapping many years ago using DriveHQ WWWDrive client software.
Later, DriveHQ stopped supporting drive mapping due to its inefficiency and unreliability. DriveHQ FileManager and FTP offers a lot more features and is far more efficient.
However, a lot of users still request for drive mapping support. Therefore, we have decided to add this feature again
with an updated version WebDAV, which requires no client software and works on PC, Mac and Linux, etc.
DriveHQ WebDAV drive mapping features highlight:
- Easy: Map Internet drive easily without client software installation;
- Secure: Support HTTPS/SSL; encrypted folder is not supported;
- Access Control: Share folders and set different permissions on DriveHQ.com;
- Remote Access: Access, share and backup files remotely.
- Cross Platform: Like FTP, WebDAV is a standard protocol; it works on PC, Mac and Linux, etc.
- Integration: seamlessly integrates with other DriveHQ features.
No software installation is required for DriveHQ WebDAV drive mapping.
