Phone Support:
Phone support is available for Enterprise Service customers. For regular premium services or sales inquiries, please understand that we want to minimize the support cost without degrading the service quality. We pass the cost-savings back to you by offering high-end services at lower-end price. Phone support is offered if needed. However, we recommend users or potential users to send the detailed questions so that we can better prepare for the answers if we need to call you.

DriveHQ email support is available 7 days a week. In comparison, phone support is only available during normal business hours (in California). DriveHQ has more than 1 million registered users, most of users like our email support because it gets problems solved more efficiently and more clearly. Users also don't need to hold on the line or wait for the regular business hours to ask questions.
